Salman Lutfi - Founder & Principal

Salman is the founder of Lutfi & Co and the local Emirati principal. Educated at Al Shams Law School in Egypt and trained in England, Salman was admitted as a lawyer in the UAE in 1982.

Salman founded Lutfi & Co in 1982, making it one of the longest established and most reputable law firms in the UAE, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

As one of the UAE's most experienced court advocates, Salman has conducted many of the UAE's highest profile litigation matters. Salman is experienced in all types of cases and has appeared before all UAE courts representing large and small corporations and individuals.

Being an Emirati with an extensive network of contacts, Salman is well placed to provide strategic corporate and commercial advice in relation to establishing and conducting commercial operations in the UAE and identifying appropriate UAE partners and sponsors.

Wail Sallan ( Partner ) - Head of Criminal Law

Mamdouh Yousef - Head of civil law practice & Arbitration

Mr. Yousef has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Mansoura University and has been called to the Egyptian Bar Association and the Union of Arab Lawyers since 1996.

A member of the International Arbitration Center at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt since 1996, with a presence in the defense of Freedoms and Human Rights through the International Law Workshops training at the National Council of Human Rights in Egypt. David spent years working in a law firm who handles mostly civil, criminal and labor cases in the Philippines. He then joined a company where he was assigned to be part of a legal team in the shipping department and focused in legal compliance, safety manual and other commercial and corporate aspects in the company. He subsequently became part of the company’s aviation department legal team. David was part of the legal department for the shipping and aviation.
