Zeyad Yousef
Zeyad Yousef Mustafa Imsiei has over 30 years of experience in company, commercial, labour, litigation, arbitration, and real property law. Zeyad obtained an LLB degree in Shariah and Law from the Applied and Social Sciences University, Yemen, and a BA (Bachelor of Arts) in Education from Yarmouk University, Jordan. Zeyad has extensive experience in successfully advising corporate, private, and public entities. Zeyad is well-versed in trademark disputes and law.

Amal Al Mutlaq Al Shemmari

Harjeet Bhatia
Harjeet has been working in U.A.E. since 1999 and she currently works as the head of Corporate Practice at Lutfi & Co. Over the years Harjeet has developed considerable expertise in advising indigenous family business enterprises and public & private international entities. Her main expertise covers corporate finance including M & A, fund raising, joint ventures, Venture capital, corporate structuring & onshore & offshore Company formation (e.g. DIFC, ADGM)

Sreehari Vadukumchery
Sreehari (Harry) is a corporate/commercial lawyer with expertise in corporate / M & A, company / corporate transactions, banking and finance, general commercial law, corporate finance, construction, and DIFC laws. He is qualified to practice law in England, India, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Harry is a registered Part II practitioner with full rights of audience before the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. He is also registered with the DIFC Wills & Probate registry as a wills draftsmen.

Toni Badra ​
Toni is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and his expertise and practice focus are commercial transactions, regulatory matters, disputes, insolvency, and UAE criminal proceedings. Toni had interned with us in 2016-2018 prior to undertaking further studies at King's College London. He had trained as a solicitor in London where he gained experience in High Court litigation and real estate transactions where he assisted HNWIs and publicly listed corporations. Toni is part of our commercial transaction, and commercial dispute resolution teams.
Georgy Gomshiashvili
Georgy has over 18 years of experience advising clients on complex international legal matters in Russia, the United Arab Emirates, CIS countries, Europe and the Far East. He mainly focuses on the firm’s existing international clients and international business development and is an advocate admitted to practice in the Russian Federation.
